What are waiting periods?
After you purchase your plan, there is a short waiting period before your coverage begins. They vary by state, inthe waiting periods are 14 days for illnesses,
days for accidents, and
days for cruciate ligaments
What are pre-existing conditions?
If your pet has shown symptoms of an illness before their plan is fully activated it is considered a pre-existing condition and can’t be covered
Can I go to any vet?
Yes, but they must be licensed in their state as a veterinary care provider.
